Packages are how clients discover what you offer. Think of them as starting points—not fixed quotes.
How packages work
| What you set | What happens |
|---|---|
| Name (optional) | Custom name for your package (e.g., "Cinematic Brand Story") |
| Price range (min–max) | Clients see ballpark cost upfront |
| Turnaround | Average delivery time (you confirm per project) |
| Revisions | Typical rounds included |
| Description | What's included in this package |
Key thing: When you receive an order, you'll confirm or adjust the final cost. Packages are rough ranges to set expectations—not binding contracts.
The four tiers
| Tier | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Starter | Short 10–15s videos. Quick promos, tests. |
| Standard | Up to 60s. Main product ads, explainers. |
| Pro | 60–90s. Launches, detailed walkthroughs. |
| Custom | Bundles, retainers, special projects. |
For suggested price ranges, see the Pricing page.
Setting your prices
You'll see two fields:
- You earn — what lands in your pocket
- Clients see — the price shown publicly (includes platform fee)
Just fill in one—the other calculates automatically.
For details on fees and payouts, check Payouts.
Best practices
- Start competitive. Build reviews first, raise prices later.
- Be realistic with turnaround. Under-promise, over-deliver.
- Use the Description field. Clarify what's included.
- Keep Custom enabled. Larger clients often want bundles or ongoing work.
- Enable at least 2 packages. Required for your profile to go live.
Quick checklist
- Enabled 2+ packages
- Set realistic min–max ranges
- Added turnaround and revision counts
- Added descriptions for each tier
- Custom tier enabled for bigger projects
You can update your packages anytime from Settings → Packages.
